MONTPELLIER BIG BAND
The Big Band of Montpellier is a regional formation of seventeen musicians and a singer Lucy Estaque with the voice of Sarah Vaughan, who plays the jazz of the years 1930-50. This swinging jazz, which gives ants in the legs, played by the prestigious formations of Count Basie, Benny Goodman, Glenn Miller, or Duke Ellington.
The Big Band of Montpellier is a pure AOC, which combines the generous “swing” and “tradition” grape varieties and gives us the pleasure of playing at the opening of the Swinging Montpellier Festival.
A Big Band concert is something to see and listen to and it’s a wonderful invitation to dance!
