The team

We’re a team of volunteers organized into committees to divide up the festival’s missions and sub-projects.

Here are the various commissions:

Festival management & PR
Administrative & financial
Artistic: programming, competitions, master classes, photo competitions, exhibitions, conferences, shows, scenography
Stage management, production & logistics: technical, equipment and services
Communication: webmaster, community manager, press relations, videographer, photographer
Marketing: visibility, partnerships and sponsorships, the Swinging Club
Safety, accessibility, sanitary conditions (Covid Protocol), amenities
Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) at the festival
Ticketing & welcome
Volunteer coordination
Food & beverages
